EFFECTS:

The essential oils, especially the sage, have antiseptic and anti­inflammatory properties. The antibacterial effect is directed to 74 bacterial species of bacteria, including the species resistant to methicillin. The antiviral effect is directed to Herpes Simplex and Herpes Zoster viruses, as well as to most of the species of Candida yeast. The antiinflammatory effect of Paradent is due to the action of sage and flavonoids (acacetin and quercetin) of the propolis, which together with vitamin C work to strengthen capillary walls, increase the ability of serum protein (especially gamma globulin) and to tie histamine, thereby eliminate the inflammatory effect. Paradent acts antioxidant (it spares the vitamin C from binding with chelating connections to metals), protects intercellular substance and protects adrenaline by inhibiting the enzyme 0­methyl transferase. Paradent actively participates in the immune response of the organism, activates complement and increases the phagocytic activity of the serum. Increasing the value of properdin, it activates the alternative pathway of complement, and at the same time increases the values ​​of blood agglutinin. Paradent has a pleasant smell and quickly eliminates the unpleasant odor of the mouth. Paradent does not disturb the natural flora in the oral cavity and doesn’t cause resistance towards the bacteria. INDICATIONS: Parodontopathy, gingivitis and stomatitis, candidiasis, herpes simplex infections , traumatic ulcers. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Paradent should not be used by persons hypersensitive to any ingredient. Hypersensitivity reaction is local and stops with discontinuation of treatment .

DOSAGE AND USAGE:

After cleaning the tartar, spray 3­4 times on the damaged mucus membrane

Repeat 3 times a day during a period of 3­6 months. ­

Food or drinks should be avoided for 15 minutes after application.
